Offer Management System
The Offer Management System is a cloud-based software tool for simplifying the tender process developed by PCH Innovations. The tool is designed to relieve the strain on employers caused by an accelerating industry, which resulted in inaccurate or incorrect information, catastrophic to tender management.
As part of my role as Digital Designer for PCH Innovations, I have completed a redesign of the interface for the Offer Management System, including a refining of the UX flow.

The new interface includes a light and dark mode, that not only is easier on the eyes but also has a lighter carbon footprint. The font choice landed on a sans serif font for increased readability.
The readability is also improved by the used of a Kanban board view, which provides maximum clarity in the organization of the ongoing projects. Additionally, the use of modular widgets equips the user with customizable analytics to maximise the experience.
